Growing London's economy

I wanted to tell you about the new investment in London that we have secured from the Government. It is investment that will help grow London's economy.

Over the last three and a half years, my administration has been dedicated to putting more police on the streets and cutting crime; keeping council tax low; investing in transport and making the Olympics a success.

But perhaps our most important challenge of all has been to see London through these tough times and return to growth. It's why I am running again - to keep the investment flowing and London moving in the right direction.

Digital campaign picks up pace

If you follow @BackBoris2012 on Twitter or the Boris Johnson Facebook page you'll have noticed recent posts were coming from Manchester. Mayor Boris Johnson was in town for Conservative Party Conference and the response to not only his speech, but the stand and fringe events, was spectacular.
