Organiser "bootcamp" a big success

This weekend, the BackBoris 2012 campaign held another in a series of weekly bootcamps to train campaign organisers.

Campaign staff and organisers from across London gathered on Saturday to discuss how to engage voters in the coming months. The organisers brought great ideas and enthusiasm to the session, and we're excited to have such an energised and active group involved in the campaign.

To find out more about how you can get involved and connect with fellow supporters in your area, please sign up to volunteer:

Campaign Launches T-Shirt Design Contest

There are some pretty creative Boris Backers out there if the suggestions we've received for the e-shop are any indication!

BackBoris merchandise is a fantastic way to show your support for Boris and is also a great way to help the campaign raise money. So why not put your creativity to the test and design a t-shirt for the campaign to sell online? The winning designer will have their creation featured on an official BackBoris2012 t-shirt and will receive a signed photo of Boris wearing their shirt.

Learn more and submit your design:

Simply send us your design by Friday 15 July to be in with a chance. (Bonus points if you incorporate one of Boris's major achievements in your design - such as upgrading London transport or driving down crime, to name just a few!)  The BackBoris community will then vote on the winning design, from a shortlist compiled by the campaign team.

For more information and to submit your design visit the contest page:

Good luck!
