Freshers Fair - Brunel

Report from Nabil Najjar, BackBoris2012 Youth Campaign Coordinator
Brunel's BackBoris team welcomed thousands of new students to campus at the university's Freshers Fair on Tuesday. The sun was shining in Uxbridge as we spread the word about what Mayor Johnson has done for London - from cutting crime on transport and putting more police on the streets to creating thousands of apprenticeships for young people.
Armed with piles of Oyster Card holders, leaflets, posters, and the brand new BackBoris2012 t-shirts, we signed up loads of enthusiastic supporters.
The BackBoris2012 university campaign is picking up pace across the capital with hundreds of students already signed up. To get involved, please get in touch with me on [email protected] – or look for your local team on campus!
